Norfolk Academy's Runzo, Indian River's Lambert national champs
Three South Hampton Roads wrestlers earned All-America status Monday at the USA Wrestling Cadet and Junior Nationals in Fargo, N.D. Aaron Runzo of Norfolk Academy (pictured) and Marina Lambert of Indian River won national titles; Grassfield's Caleb Richardson turned in a third-place finish.

Olympic coach finds time to help local wrestlers
Local high school wrestlers benefit from Marine Maj. Jay Antonelli's experience as a lifelong wrestler and as a coach for the 2008 U.S. Olympic wrestling team headed to Beijing. Antonelli served as a coach in Baku, Azerbaijan, for the first U.S. team to win a world championship.
